Welcome New MS & HS Principal, Kole Huth

Congratulations to Mr. Kole Huth! Mr. Huth will be stepping into an additional leadership role with the district and will be the Middle and High School Principal beginning July 1st. Mr. Huth joined the Royall School District in 2016 as the Elementary and Intermediate School Counselor. In 2022, Mr. Huth was hired in an administrative-type capacity as the Athletic Director and these job duties will remain a part of his MS&HS principal job duties.

Mr. Huth's background as a counselor with the district awards him an advantage in entering into the principalship as he is familiar with the students and their varying needs and interests. Mr. Huth strongly advocates for fostering positive teacher-student relationships and believes that is the key to success. He is excited to work with the middle and high school staff and build off the foundation set to bring more academic rigor to the classroom, creating partnerships with community businesses to grow our youth apprenticeship programs and have students graduate with certifications in skilled trades.

Growing up on a beef farm, he has a strong background in agriculture and the FFA and 4-H communities and hopes to have the benefit of raising his family on a farmette in the district one day. He is celebrating his first Father's Day this June with the birth of his son, Kane, in February.

The Royall School District is fortunate to have Mr. Huth and we look forward to the continued growth and future successes of the middle and high school students under his leadership.
